A built-in outdoor space on the seventh floor offers not only 360-degree views of Newark and the Manhattan skyline but also a chance for a moment of inspiration and a great place to meet with colleagues and clients.

Pricing is based per hour on availability as follows:
Day (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm)
Night (Monday-Friday, after 6pm)
Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Holiday (New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Day)
